💡 Commentary Note

The demoniac person thinks: 'Today this has been gained by me; this desire I shall satisfy; this wealth is mine, and this also shall be mine in the future.'

Learnings from Shloka 13:
  • The 'I' and 'Mine' Trap:: The ego constantly counts possessions and plans future gains, feeding the illusion of ownership.
  • Fleeting Security:: Realize that material accumulation is temporary; do not base your security on it.
