अपाने जुह्वति प्राणं प्राणेऽपानं तथापरे । प्राणापानगती रुद्ध्वा प्राणायामपरायणाः | | ४-२९ | |
apāne juhvati prāṇaṁ prāṇe’pānaṁ tathāpare prāṇāpānagatī ruddhvā prāṇāyāmaparāyaṇāḥ
